Adding a user to the blacklist

  1. Go to the profile of the user you want to block.
  2. Click on the three-dot icon or icon in the upper right corner of the profile (next to the avatar).
  3. Select “Add to Blacklist” from the drop-down menu.
  4. Confirm the action by clicking “Confirm”. The user will be blocked and will not be able to send you messages or leave comments.

Remove a user from the blacklist

To remove a user from the blacklist, follow the same steps:

  1. Go to the blocked user's profile.
  2. Click on the icon with three dots.
  3. Select “Remove from blacklist” and confirm the action.

Using an alternative way to manage

If contact with the blocked user is lost or you are more comfortable managing your locks through an external service:

  1. Go to unfollowers.me.
  2. Log in to your account and go to the “People I blocked” section.
  3. Find the desired user and remove him/her from the blacklist.

Advanced Privacy Settings

You can also restrict access to your account:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Turn on the Tweet Protection option so that only followers can see or interact with your tweets. These steps will help you control unwanted contacts and improve the comfort of using Twitter.
