How to delete a VKontakte page

Instruction:

1. Authorization Log in to your VKontakte account.
2. Go to settings Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the interface to open the drop-down menu. Select “Settings.”
3. Delete page Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page. Find the “Delete your page” button and click on it.
4. Confirm deletion The system will ask you to provide a reason for deletion, but this is not a required step. Confirm the deletion and your page will be deleted immediately.
5. Restore Page The page will be deleted, but you will be able to restore it within 210 days (7 months). After this period, all data will be irretrievably deleted.
6. Losing control of your page If you have lost access to your page (for example, due to hacking), you will need to restore access through VKontakte Support. To restore you will need to fill out an online form, provide a passport photo, selfies and a link to your lost page.

Important note:

If you want to start a new profile for the same phone number, you can keep the old page, but it will exist in the system and can be used by fraudsters. Therefore, if you lose access to the page, it is worth deleting or restoring it to avoid such situations.
