To host a stream on YouTube, you need to have the equipment, comply with the platform's requirements, activate the “Live Streaming” feature, and set up the stream through the YouTube interface.

- You will need a microphone, a webcam, and a streaming program (such as OBS Studio). If you have a laptop, recording devices may already be built in.

- On the broadcast settings page, find the broadcast key and copy it. This key will need to be pasted into your streaming program (e.g. OBS Studio).
- Start the stream:
- Go to the “Live Broadcasts” section and start streaming.
- Use OBS Studio or another program to capture the video from your screen and stream to YouTube.
